AccomodationHotels will be provided throughout the tour, with shared rooms for two people, each equipped with an attached bathroom. Both shower and bucket bath options will be available.
MealsWe provide breakfast and dinner, giving you the flexibility to choose your meals for the day. Both meals will feature a variety of traditional Pakistani dishes, including chicken, mutton, beef, vegetables, lentils, rice, and bread.
TransportationWe select the mode of transport based on the number of participants in the tour. Additionally, the itinerary includes one domestic flight.
DifficultyThe tour offers a mix of sightseeing, road trips, and long drives along the mountain roads of the Karakoram Range. Highlights include visits to historic forts, crossing a suspension bridge in Hunza Valley. Each day will feature short walks to explore the stunning landscapes and local culture.
Day 1: Islamabad (Arrival)Arrive at Islamabad International Airport, where you'll be picked up and transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay. Islamabad City tour depending on flight arrival timings.Day 2: Islamabad to SkarduFly from Islamabad to Skardu, enjoying breathtaking views of the mighty Himalayas and Karakoram Mountain Ranges from the sky. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and head towards Kachura Village to explore its beauty. Visit Upper Kachura Lake, surrounded by stunning landscapes, where you can enjoy boating, photography, and relaxation. Then, proceed to Lower Kachura to see the famous Shangri-La resort, located on the shores of the lake. After lunch at Tibet Hotel, enjoy more leisure activities like boating and photography. Afterward, head to Skardu City, check in to your hotel, and visit Kharpocho Fort, renowned for its structure and panoramic views of Skardu City and the Indus River. Overnight stay in Skardu.Day 3: Explore Khaplu ValleyAfter breakfast at 7 am, depart for Khaplu Valley. Explore Khaplu Fort and the 700-year-old Chaqchan Mosque, known for its historical significance. Visit the Manthoka Waterfall, a serene natural attraction. Overnight stay at Skardu.Day 4: Shiger Valley & Sarfaranga DesertAfter breakfast, visit Shiger Valley to see the historic Shiger Fort and explore the valley's ancient mosques, which offer a glimpse into the past. After lunch, visit an organic village dedicated to preserving sustainable living. Return to Skardu for overnight stay.Day 5: Skardu to Hunza ValleyAfter breakfast, drive to Hunza Valley, traveling along the scenic Karakoram Highway. Along the way, visit the Nanga Parbat Viewpoint (The Killer Mountain), Rakaposhi Viewpoint, and the junction where the Karakoram, Himalayas, and Hindu-Kush mountain ranges converge. Overnight stay at Karimabad, Hunza Valley.Day 6: Exploring Hunza ValleyStart the day with a trek to the Hooper Glacier in the beautiful Hooper Nagar region. Afterward, return to Hunza for lunch. Visit Ganish Village, a 1,000-year-old settlement, and explore the historic Baltit and Altit Forts. Drive to Dukair for a stunning sunset or sunrise view. Overnight stay at Karimabad, Hunza Valley.Day 7: Drive to Upper Hunza ValleyDrive along the Karakoram Highway and stop at various attractions: Visit Attabad Lake and Tunnel for boating. See the iconic Passu Cones and Passu Village. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Passu and Batura Glaciers. Explore Gulmit, Khyber Village, Sost Bazar, and the Dry Port. Walk across the Hussaini Suspension Bridge, one of the world's most dangerous bridges. Visit the Pakistan-China Border at Khunjerab Pass, the highest mountain pass in the world. Enjoy lunch in Sost before heading back to Karimabad for an overnight stay.Day 8: Local Experience; Hunza ValleySpend the morning shopping at the Hunza Handicrafts Market in Karimabad. Drive to Minapin for a special lunch featuring mutton cooked in a stone pot, a local delicacy. Afterward, travel to Gilgit, visit the Gilgit Market, and enjoy dinner before checking in to your hotel.Day 9: Gilgit to BeshamAfter breakfast, drive towards Besham, taking the Karakoram Highway for 8-10 to reach Besham. Overnight stay in Besham.Day 10: Besham to Islamabad (Fly Back Home)After breakfast, depart from your hotel at 7 am and drive towards Islamabad, taking approximately 4 hours to reach the city. Enjoy time for shopping and lunch in Islamabad, then visit the Faisal Mosque and Pakistan Monument. After shopping and dinner, you'll be dropped off at Islamabad International Airport for your departure/ at any given venue in Islamabad. End of our services. 😊
