Day 1: Arrival in Islamabad

Arrive in Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan. Transfer to your hotel for check-in and rest. Evening at leisure to explore local markets or landmarks, such as Daman-e-Koh for a panoramic view of the city.

Day 2: Islamabad to Peshawar

After breakfast, drive to Peshawar (approximately 2.5-3 hours). Visit the historic Qissa Khawani Bazaar, the Peshawar Museum, and the iconic Khyber Pass. Explore the rich cultural heritage of Peshawar, including the old city, mosques, and traditional markets. Overnight stay in Peshawar.

Day 3: Peshawar to Chitral

After breakfast, drive to Chitral (approximately 6-7 hours), a beautiful town nestled in the Hindukush Mountains. En route, enjoy the scenic views of mountains, rivers, and valleys. Check into your hotel and rest for the night.

Day 4: Chitral to Kalash Valley

After breakfast, drive from Chitral to the Kalash Valley (approximately 2-3 hours). Visit the main Kalasha valleys of Bumburet, Rumbur, and Birir. Explore the villages and interact with the Kalasha people, learning about their unique culture, customs, and traditions. Overnight stay in Kalash Valley.

Day 5: Kalash Valley Exploration

Full day spent exploring Kalash Valley. Visit local Kalasha homes, attend a traditional dance or festival (if during festival season), and enjoy the breathtaking views of the valley. Learn about the Kalasha’s polytheistic belief system and ancient traditions. Overnight stay in Kalash Valley.

Day 6: Bomborate Tour

Upon arrival in Bomburate, take time to admire the unique wooden houses and the natural beauty of the valley. Walk through the village to get a sense of the daily life of the Kalasha people. You’ll find locals dressed in their traditional vibrant attire, with women wearing colorful headpieces and beads.

Day 7: Kalash Valley to Islamabad

After breakfast, begin the journey back to Islamabad (approximately 8-9 hours). Arrive in Islamabad and check into your hotel. Evening free for shopping or a visit to local attractions like the Faisal Mosque.

Day 8: Departure from Islamabad

Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy some last-minute shopping or sightseeing in Islamabad. Transfer to Islamabad Airport for your departure.
