Day 01 – Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, one of our officials will meet and greet you. You will then be transferred to the hotel in a private tourist vehicle. This day will also include a pre-trip meeting, where you’ll meet with your guide and confirm any questions or concerns about the upcoming trek. It’s a great opportunity to get familiar with the plan for the trek ahead.

Day 02 – Drive to Pokhara in a Tourist Bus

In the morning, our trekking staff will pick you up from the hotel and escort you to the tourist bus station. The bus departs for Pokhara at around 7:30 am. The journey takes 7-9 hours, offering scenic views along the way. Pokhara, known for its stunning lake and proximity to the Annapurna mountain range, is the ideal place to start your trek. The city’s relaxed atmosphere is a great way to prepare for the days ahead in the mountains.

Day 03 – Drive to Birethanti and Trek to Ulleri

Today, we take a private vehicle from Pokhara to Birethanti, where the trek begins. After a brief rest, we start our hike to Ulleri, a Magar village known for its terraced fields and mountain views. The first day of trekking is relatively easy and allows you to acclimate to the terrain. The walk through the countryside provides a glimpse of what lies ahead on the trek, including the lush forests and steep hills.

Day 04 – Trek to Ghorepani from Ulleri

The trail from Ulleri to Ghorepani takes us through oak and rhododendron forests, and we will pass through a few smaller villages along the way. Ghorepani is a popular stop for trekkers and provides stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The ascent is steady and offers plenty of opportunities to appreciate the natural beauty of the area. It’s a great place to relax and take in the surrounding landscapes.

Day 05 – Early morning hike up to Poon Hill & back and then, Trek to Tadapani

In the early morning, we hike up to Poon Hill to witness a magnificent sunrise over the Himalayas. After soaking in the view, we return to Ghorepani for breakfast before continuing our trek towards Tadapani. The trail passes through forests of pine and rhododendrons, offering more chances to enjoy the flora and fauna. Tadapani is a small village offering excellent views of the surrounding peaks.

Day 06 – Trek to Sinuwa from Tadapani

We begin the day with a descent from Tadapani through rhododendron forests, following the trail to the village of Chuile. After a short rest, we continue on, passing a suspension bridge and making our way up to Ghurjung village. From here, the trail descends steeply towards Chhomrong and crosses the river before ascending again. Finally, we reach Sinuwa, a tranquil spot to rest and reflect on the day’s journey.

Day 07 – Trek to Deurali from Sinuwa

Today’s hike takes us through a beautiful section of the trek as we climb steadily towards Deurali. The route winds through bamboo forests and passes by stunning waterfalls, providing ample opportunities to take in the natural beauty. After passing Hinko Cave, we continue to the small settlement of Deurali, where we will rest for the night. The trail has been steadily rising, and we are getting closer to the Annapurna Sanctuary.

Day 08 – Trek to Annapurna Base Camp from Deurali

The trek to Annapurna Base Camp is one of the highlights of the journey. As we ascend, we pass Machhapuchhre Base Camp, where the views of the iconic Fishtail Mountain are extraordinary. The final leg of the trek brings us into the Annapurna Sanctuary, an amphitheater surrounded by towering peaks. At Annapurna Base Camp, we are treated to an awe-inspiring panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, which include Annapurna I, II, and III, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre.

Day 09 – Trek to Bamboo from Annapurna Base Camp

We begin our descent today, retracing our steps back towards Bamboo. The walk back offers a different perspective of the mountain range and is just as rewarding as the ascent. The trail descends gently, providing excellent views along the way. Bamboo is a small village situated amidst a scenic gorge and is a great place to rest after a long day of hiking.

Day 10 – Trek to Jhinu from Bamboo

Our trek continues through the forest and across a few small streams until we reach Chomrong. From here, we descend steeply toward the village of Jhinu, where there are natural hot springs to relax in. The journey is both invigorating and rewarding, as we leave behind the higher altitudes and make our way through lush valleys and picturesque villages.

Day 11 – Trek to Syauli Bazaar and Drive to Pokhara

Today’s trek is shorter and much more relaxed, as we descend towards Syauli Bazaar. The trail is scenic and offers more views of the surrounding mountains. After reaching Syauli Bazaar, we drive back to Pokhara. The drive is a bit bumpy at first, but it eventually becomes smoother as we approach the city. Once in Pokhara, you’ll have time to relax and enjoy the lakeside ambiance.

Day 12 – Drive Back to Kathmandu in a Tourist Bus

After breakfast, we begin the drive back to Kathmandu. The road conditions are much improved as we approach the capital, and the journey takes about 7-9 hours. In the evening, a farewell dinner will be hosted at a fine restaurant to celebrate the successful completion of the trek. It’s a great opportunity to reflect on the experiences and share stories from the journey.

Day 13 – Transfer to the International Airport for your final departure

On your final day in Nepal, our representative will transfer you to the airport for your departure flight. You’ll have the opportunity to say goodbye to the team and take home memories of a truly memorable adventure.
