Once you book the trip with Shiva Excursion, we follow it in the formal way, and we have some policies for trip cancelation or postpone. If you cancel the trip before 2 months, advance payment (i.e. 20%) will be nonrefundable. In case of 1 month, 30% of the total trip cost will be deducted 50% of the total trip cost will be deducted in 2 weeks time In less than 3 days, you will not be refunded the trip cost

Arrival to Kathmandu.

There will be a warm welcome to you on Nepal after landing your flight at TIA. Representative of Shiva Excursion Pvt. Ltd. will there for your arrival. He/she will shift you toward your place of accommodation. After having rest for some time there will a brief description of the upcoming program with your guide.

Kathmandu exploration and preparation for trek.

Our today’s day is spent by sightseeing all around Kathmandu Valley. Having a breakfast we will visit Pashupatinath (regarded as the holiest temple of Lord Shiva). Next will be Bauddhanath (Little Tibet). Then Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) is our next destination. Lastly we will drive to Kathmandu (Basantpur) Durbar Square. It will end our Kathmandu tour we will return back & make preparation for our trekking.

Kathmandu to Pokhara (7 to 8 hours)

Now we will move for Pokhara. Our drive goes through Prithivi Highway. Our lunch will be on highway in very nice environment. In around 6 hours we will be at Pokhara. On reaching Pokhara we walk to Lakeside for watching charming sunset views. Then we will return back and have our dinner & enjoy.

Fly/Drive from Pokhara to Jomsom (2700m) and trek to Kagbeni (2858m) – 4 Hours

Early morning mountain flight leads us to Jomsom. It will be about 1 Hr. (Jeep Drive will take about 7 Hours). in one hour duration we will feel as if we are flying in heaven. Reaching on Jomsom we will take our things and start walking to Kagbeni. We may have a bit difficulty in walking in first day. All the things in surrounding will be amazing for us.

Kagbeni to Chele (3050m) – 6 Hours

We were tired and we will have a very good sleep. Waking up we will have breakfast and again make preparation for walking. Today our destination will be Chele. First of all we need to check our special permit to continue our trek to enter the part of upper mustang. Then we will continue our walk to Chele.

Chele to Syangboche (3475m) – 7 Hours

Our today’s destination is Syangboche. We will start our trek from Ekle Bhatti steadily uphill to cross Taklam La pass (3624 m). The magnificent view of beautiful mountain ranges seen during our walk will be so much impressive. Reaching on Syangboche we explore around village & lastly we will return back for our night.

Syangboche to Ghaymi (3520m) – 6 Hours

We will continue our walk to Ghaymi by walking uphill to Yamda La (3850 m). In our way we will explore Local village’s teahouses with Tibetan culture & tradition. These all will be interesting in exploring. In this way our zugzag track leads us to Ghaymi. Over here we will rest and spend our cool night.

Ghaymi to Charang (3500m) — 5 Hours

From Ghaymi our destination leads us to Charang. Very long Mani wall (a sacred stone wall made by followers of Buddhism) situated beside plate is very important things that need to be explored. Walking for about 5 to 6 hours we are at Charang (village famous for fields of maize) for night.

Charang to Lo-Manthang (3700m) – 6 Hours

Early morning after having breakfast we walk walk to Lo-Manthang. Today we will walk by main trial today. Magnificent views of Annapurna I, Nilgiri, Tilicho and Bhrikuti Peak is offered in our way. Seeing this we will be full of joy. Lastly after a long walk we will be at Lo & observe spectacular view of Lo-Mangthang valley to stay cool night.

Acclimatization at Lo-Manthang

Today is our rest day at Lo Manthang. We need to accumulate our self for matching climatic condition of surrounding. In our leisure time we will visit several places around places over Lo Manthang. Knowledge of tradition & culture of local people of Lo Manthang is very interesting in getting.

Lo-Manthang to Drakmar (3810m) – 7 Hours

Accumulating our self with weather at Lo Manthang, Drakmar is our next walking destination. We will walk through Gyakar with Ghar Gompa (more than 1200 years old). Quite close magnificent view of beautiful ranges of mountain will impress us in our journey. Playing on the nature unknowingly we will reach Drakmar for our night.

Drakmar to Ghiling (3806m) – 6 Hours

It is our returning journey it will be so much easy in walking. We just need to trek downward following the main trial to reach Ghiling. The beauty of nature with mountain ranges from different angel will be so much impressive. Continuing in downhill track we will reach Ghiling for our night.

Ghiling to Chhuksang (3050m) – 6 Hours

In our returning journey it will be so much easy in walking. We just need to trek downward following the main trial to reach Chhuksang. The same beauty of nature with mountain ranges from different angel will be so much impressive. Continuing in downhill track we will reach Chhuksang for our night.

Chhuksang to Jomsom (2700m) – 7 Hours

From Chhuksang, we will continue to Jomsom. Jomsom will be our ending point of our trek. During our walk we will be full of joy viewing beautiful glimpse of giant mountain ranges. We will have easy walk as we need to walk on flat & downhill trial. On reaching jomsom we will make confirmation of our tomorrow’s flight to Pokhara and rest the remaining time.

Fly back to Pokhara

We will have early morning flight toward Pokhara. It will be about 1 Hr. in one hour duration we will feel as if we are flying in heaven. We will be flying above the beautiful ranges of mountains. On reaching Pokhara we walk to Lakeside for watching charming sunset views. Then we will return back and have our dinner & enjoy.

Pokhara back to Kathmandu

We need return back to Kathmandu. We will return back through the same highway. We will be pleased with houses and greenery of highway. Not only this can we be back by the airplane. Driving around seven hours we will be at Kathmandu. We will be shifted toward our hotel which will end our trekking.

Farewell

Spending a rest night at Kathmandu, it’s a time for returning back to your home land. There will be a small farewell program for you. You will be guided all the things of returning journey by our team for your departure. Hope you will be back to Nepal to visit the remaining side of beautiful Nepal Service - Include/Exclude

Sudip je ten nejlepší průvodce, jakého si můžete představit. Myslím a doufám, že se z nás během treku stali kamarádi. Je velmi chytrý, má velký přehled (nejen o Nepálu) a tak se s ním pobavíte opravdu o hodně věcech. Sudip mi byl oporou po celou dobu treku a nikdy jsem se necítila, že by mi něco chybělo. Během chození mi povídal o horách, které vidíme, hodně mi pověděl o nepálské kultuře, náboženství. Pokud jsme nepovídali, tak jsem si občas zazpívali se Spotify :D Když jsem potkala jiné lidi/skupinky na treku, tak se všichni divili, že mám tak fajn parťáka a ještě k tomu s takovou úrovní angličtiny :) Pokud bych šla další trek, Sudip by byl rozhodně člověk, se kterým bych další trek klidně znovu absolvovala. Takže doporučuji!
